Terms and Conditions
Forms of Payment-
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Postal Money orders, and certified checks.
Returns and Damage
If you are dissatisfied with a part you have purchased for any reason, please return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a replacement part,or refund of the parts price. Part(s)must be in the original packaging,and in the same condition as when they were received. Sheetmetal which has been test fitted or altered in any way and electrical parts are not returnable.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer,unless the part was mis-shipped by BelAirBobs. In the event a total refund is issued, this amount would be for the price of the part,not including shipping.
In the event a part is damaged in transit,please call us immediately to report this. A claim must be filed with the shipper to address this. We will then send a replacement part free of charge.
BelAirBobs does not charge a re-stocking fee,as long as the 30 day time frame is adhered to. Returns received after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be issued a return number,or RTA. Please call us for this number.
TRUCK FREIGHT items-
Many large items,especially sheetmetal, ship via truck freight. Please note: Damaged truck freight items MUST be noted immediately with the driver of the freight company at delivery, so please check over parts thoroughly prior to endorsing the driver's Bill of Lading. Once the BOL is endorsed, the shipping company is not liable for hidden damage.
In the event of damage, please write DAMAGED FREIGHT on the Bill of Lading. BelAirBobs will deliver a replacement panel to you free of charge,as long as the damage is noted at time of delivery. If the damage is not noted at delivery, it is then the responsibility of the customer.
Credits,Return shipping,Labor fees,Warranties
Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Once a returned part is received and inspected,the original amount paid for the part will be issued via credit card or company check. This amount will not include the original outbound shipping fees.
Labor- BelAir Bobs is not responsible for labor or other charges resulting from the installation,troubleshooting and/or removal of parts and products.
Warranties-
BelAirBobs does not offer,imply,express, statutory or otherwise,any product warranties.
As vendors,we do not manufacture or install the parts offered on our site. Any warranties referenced here on our site, or at our Ebay Store are those put forth by the manufacturers of the products represented. In the case of brake kits,and AC conversion kits, these warranties are manufacturer's warranties; the terms of which must be fulfilled by and through the manufacturers,and not BelAirBobs.
As vendors,we are not responsible for any special or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of revenue,loss of life,personal injury,loss of profits, and loss of time resulting from the proper or improper installation or use of the products we represent. Technical advice,if needed, is provided through our product manufacturers.
The installer is responsible to ensure proper operation and/or fit of products. We operate within the parameters of any manufacturer's product warranties in affect at the time of sale.
