Returns Policy:
If the products you receive are found to be defective in terms of materials or workmanship, or you receive the wrong part, simply ship them back to BelAir Bobs in the original packaging for a replacement part or refund within 30 days of purchase. If your items are damaged in shipping, please read the "Damaged Items" policy described below. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees, the only exception being if we shipped the wrong part in error. NOTE: All other returns (ie. customer decides he/she does not want the item)are subject to a 20% restocking fee,plus return freight charges.
Damaged Items:
Luckily, the vast majority of our orders arrive as they should. In the event that something arrives damaged, please take the following steps
Items received damaged should be reported to the shipper immediately. All items are thoroughly checked for defects prior to shipping, are packed well and insured against damage. At no time should damaged items be returned to BelAir Bobs, especially since shippers often need to inspect your damaged item or package for reimbursement. **It is highly recommended that for truck freight items, especially sheetmetal ,that you inspect the contents of the package in the presence of the driver.
